Ms. Foster is a founding member of the firm. She is originally from upstate New York and moved to Fairbanks in 2003. Danielle graduated from the State University of New York at Geneseo in 1998 and Vermont Law School in 2001. After law school, she worked in private practice in Vermont and Maine before relocating to Fairbanks in 2003. Danielle worked as an Assistant District Attorney from 2003 through 2006. At that time, she opened a solo practice focused on domestic relations. In 2007, she merged that practice with Ms. Rogers to form Foster & Rogers, LLC. Danielle has practiced primarily domestic relations law since 2006.
Danielle is a member in good standing of the Alaska Bar Association and the Tanana Valley Bar Association and is licensed to practice law in the state of Alaska. She is dedicated to ensuring that her clients receive competent and compassionate counsel.
Danielle is a former Board Member for the Fairbanks Montessori School, JP Jones Community Center and the Executive Funding Committee of the Fairbanks Children’s Museum. In her free time, she enjoys camping, fishing, gardening, travel and spending time with her family.
